Preorders
A preorder item is an item that has not yet went into production. If you buy a preorder item, you are agreeing to wait until the TAT (tentative arrival time) to receive your item(s). Please note that TATs are not always guaranteed. Also, pay attention to sizing when placing your orders based off the arrival times.
***Please do not combine items that are ready to ship, GG preorders, preorder (variety TATs), and/or preorders (3/4 weeks). These items will arrive at different times and you do not want to wait until your preorder arrives.***
Return Policies
All items are final sale and non-refundable.
Upon arrival, inspect your items thoroughly. If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact gaglories@gmail.com with 72 hours of receiving your item, including pictures. Please me mindful that minor imperfections are to be expected with smocked and embroidered items.
To return the defected item, the item must be unworn and unwashed. We will send you a return shipping label and the item must be returned within 5 business days. If the item in not returned in this time frame, you may not be eligible for return/exchange. We will ship you an in-stock replacement if available. If not, we will give you store credit.
Refunds
Please note that not all items are available for refund. Items that are available for refund are items that arrive with defects, items that are past turn-around-time/estimated time of arrival, and/or items that have completely wrong sizing/style. Items that are not available for refund are smocked luggage, personalized items, and items that do not arrive on time due to the shipping carrier delays or damages made during ship.
